Terms of Service

Who we are

CleverSheetsCo is run by 3rd Prints LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. These terms are the agreement between you and us. By using CleverSheetsCo you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

What the service does

You give us your Etsy Share & Save link. We read your shop's public listings from Etsy and publish a search-friendly website for your shop. Every product link on that website sends the buyer to your Etsy listing. All sales happen on Etsy. We do not sell your products, take orders, take payments from buyers, or ship anything.

Your account

You need an account to use the service, and the details you give us must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

Your shop content

You own your shop content: your shop name, your shop story, your product information and your images. By using the service you give us permission to display that content on the website we publish for you, and to let search engines index it. You confirm that you have the right to let us publish it.

Etsy is a separate company

Etsy is an independent third party. We are not affiliated with Etsy, and Etsy does not endorse, certify or sponsor CleverSheetsCo. Your relationship with Etsy, including your listings, your sales and any Share & Save credit, is governed by Etsy's own terms and is between you and Etsy. Etsy can change its site, its data or its rules at any time, and that may change what our service can show.

Fair use of the service

Do not use CleverSheetsCo to break the law, to publish content you do not have the right to publish, to mislead buyers, or to attack or overload the service. We can suspend an account that does.

Payment

Your 14-day free trial starts when you finish setting up your shop. No card is required. When the trial ends, you must subscribe to keep your site online. We do not charge you unless you subscribe through Stripe Checkout.

The Maker plan covers one Etsy shop. Founder pricing is $19 per month or $190 per year for subscriptions started through 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027, new subscriptions cost $29 per month or $290 per year. All prices are in USD. Founder subscribers keep their price for as long as they stay subscribed; a new subscription after that date uses standard pricing.

Stripe processes subscription payments. We do not store your card details. Your subscription renews each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, opened from Billing on your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your site stays online until then.

No warranty and limited liability

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will bring you traffic, rankings or sales. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account and stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the service. When an account closes, we stop publishing the website we built for it.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we publish the new version on this page with a new effective date at the top. If the change is significant and you have an account, we will email you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
